Brothers Tom and Richard took over the reins at the tail end of COVID and breathed new life into the property. They spared no expense, giving it a multi-million dollar, full upgrade and converting most rooms into self-contained, fully serviced apartments. Local Roots, Modern Vision

Tom and Richard both grew up in Sale and returned later to start their careers in hospitality. Taking over an old 1960s motel, they and their team worked tirelessly to transform the deteriorated 2-star offering into its current shape and form. Aptly rebranding it as M. hotel, they have created a place that reflects both its historic roots and modern amenities.
